The Double Room provided a cozy atmosphere with a lovely view. While the complimentary tea selection could improve, I enjoyed the hearty breakfast. Room service was prompt, even during peak hours. A suggestion, check room furnishings for minor upkeep before settling in!

The grounds of the hotel were beautifully kept and a delight for dog walks, making it an excellent stay for us. The comfortable beds provided a good night's rest, although the shower over the bath wasn't the easiest for my wife due to her arthritis. Breakfast was really enjoyable with a good selection. it was a pleasant experience, but improvements could be made in dining and room facilities.

We had a really lovely stay! The room was spacious, and the shower was awesome. The grounds were gorgeous and perfect for our dog, with easy access to garden space. Breakfast was pretty great too, with all sorts of options. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster sometimes.

My family and I were very disappointed with our stay. The room was outdated, unwelcoming, and smelled musky, which was far from what we expected based on the pictures. we noticed an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom that made our experience even worse. Despite the friendly staff and lovely hotel grounds, the lack of basic maintenance in our room was unacceptable.

The lack of attention to room maintenance is disappointing!!! Shower pressure needs immediate improvement as it's alarmingly low!!! The clarity around package inclusions should be better communicated to avoid confusion!!!
